The Lüt from the Lü

Lena and Andreas Korth have been running the Lüttelforster Mühle since summer 2021. The new owners have breathed new life into the old mill. Both are industry professionals, having completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management. Lena Korth is from Niederkrüchten, whilst Andreas Korth is from Bremerhaven. Having gained experience in renowned establishments and upmarket restaurants, and having worked in Canada, Switzerland, Spain and Germany, the couple have now settled in the Schwalm region and are looking forward to welcoming open-minded guests and enjoying meaningful encounters. Their aim is to further develop the potential of the Lü and highlight the charm of the location.
